Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Cocoa Coyote website (https://cocoacoyote.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Orders

• All products are handcrafted in small batches and are subject to availability
• Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature
• Pre-orders are binding once payment is processed
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Pre-Orders

Cocoa Coyote operates on a seasonal pre-order model. By placing a pre-order:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of order
• You understand that products will be available for pickup December 16-20, 2025
• You agree to pick up your order within the designated timeframe
• Full refunds are available before December 9th; after December 9th, all sales are final

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Square. We accept major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of order. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes for Austin, Texas.

Allergen Information

Our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. Please review ingredient lists carefully and contact us with any allergen concerns before ordering.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Cocoa Coyote and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability
