Important: Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted chocolates, all sales are final after 48 hours from purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order Cancellations
- Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund available
- After 48 hours: No refunds — all sales final
To request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, please email us at info@cocoacoyote.com with your order reference number.
Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up at Golden Eye Chocolates during the pickup window (February 3-14, 2026). Please note:
- You will receive email reminders with pickup details
- We cannot ship orders that were scheduled for local pickup
Perishable Nature of Products
Our chocolates are handcrafted with fresh ingredients and are meant to be enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of pickup when stored properly. Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- We cannot accept returns of opened products
- We are not responsible for products that have been improperly stored
- Storage instructions are included with each order
Donation Refunds
Donations to our Kitchen Fund are non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
