Pre-Order Cancellations

• Before December 9th: Full refund available
• After December 9th: No refunds — all sales final

To request a cancellation before December 9th, please email us at info@cocoacoyote.com with your order reference number.

Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup window (December 16-20, 2025). Please note:

• You will receive email reminders with pickup details
• If you cannot make your pickup window, please contact us to arrange an alternative
• We cannot ship orders that were scheduled for local pickup

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our handcrafted chocolates. If you receive a product that is damaged or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos. We will work with you to make it right, whether through replacement or refund.

Perishable Nature of Products

Our chocolates are handcrafted with fresh ingredients and are meant to be enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of pickup when stored properly. Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• We cannot accept returns of opened products
• We are not responsible for products that have been improperly stored
• Storage instructions are included with each order

Donation Refunds

Donations to our Kitchen Fund are non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (before December 9th) or report a quality issue:

1. Email us at info@cocoacoyote.com
2. Include your order reference number (format: CC-YYMMDD-XXXX)
3. Include photos if reporting a quality issue

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
